Is this an effective therapy?

It absolutely is, you can check out evidence of successful studies that have been completed online. There is some debate on how and why it works, but there is solid evidence that it does.

 

 

Will it work for me?

In short, yes, it will. If you're familiar with stage hypnotism, you might know it only works on about 10% of people due to its reliance on suggestibility. However, clinical hypnotism operates differently, employing focus and calm to induce the trance state.

It's normal for some individuals not to enter the trance state immediately. As sessions progress, many find themselves slipping into the trance state more easily with time and experience. The depth of trance achievable varies among individuals; for some, a bit more practice may be needed. However, rest assured, this practice doesn't come with any extra cost—it's something you can do in your own time.

How long does the effect of hypnosis last?

The intended outcome of the hypnosis session plays a significant role. For some issues, such as smoking cessation or weight loss, the effects may be long-lasting if the individual is motivated and sticks to the guidance given. Other issues may require ongoing sessions or periodic reinforcement.

How many session will I need?

This depends on the type of sessions you ask for.

Anxiety, depression, and mood regulation.

Generally, 12 sessions are recommended. However, for individuals requiring extra support and time to practice the techniques we teach and integrate them into their routines, additional sessions may be necessary. Understandably, some people find themselves in situations they can't escape and need assistance in getting through them before they can move on.

Phobia's

Phobias can vary significantly, typically falling into two categories. The first type is simple phobias, which usually require only 4 sessions for treatment. Simple phobias are singular in nature, such as fear of specific things like butterflies, flying, Arachnophobia (spiders), and Acrophobia (heights). They have only one trigger.

​

The second type is complex phobia, which may require 12 sessions or more, depending on the underlying factors of the phobia. Complex phobias are multi-layered and typically involve more than one trigger.

For instance, test anxiety phobia among students involves extreme anxiety around exams, often triggered by multiple subjects or situations. Additionally, a phobia can be classified as complex if an individual experiences more than one specific phobia.

Performance 

The duration of the performance improvement sessions varies based on your objectives. It could range from 2 sessions to 6 sessions, or it might be ongoing. For instance, are you seeking to enhance specific movements or skills? Or perhaps you're preparing for competitions and aiming to develop a mindset conducive to entering the ring? Weight-loss/Weight-gain

Generally, 12 sessions are recommended. However, for individuals requiring extra support and time to practice the techniques we teach and integrate them into their routines, additional sessions may be necessary. Some individuals may find that they do not need 12 sessions. If your goal is to gain weight, in order to work with us, we require you to be in a state of stable weight before starting the process.
